On Friday, Senate Democratic Whip Christine M. Tartaglione unveiled a groundbreaking proposal to boost Pennsylvania’s minimum wage to $20 per hour. The proposed legislation, Senate Bill 1186, aims to amend the existing Minimum Wage Act of 1968, offering sweeping changes designed to support the state’s lowest earners.
