Michigan sees $24B in economic impact from 3-university research alliance

An alliance of three Michigan universities benefitted the state with nearly $24 billion in economic impact last year, officials said.

The University Research Corridor, which partners the University of Michigan, Michigan State and Wayne State, released its 2023 URC Economic Impact Report on Monday, May 27.
