Brown wants to keep call center jobs in country

Dawn Spencer of Youngstown knows all too well the dangers of outsourcing jobs to another country.

She worked at Delphi Auto Systems, watching machines get packed up and moved to a new location in Mexico. Spencer even had to train the people who would be taking over her job.
