"A federal lawsuit accuses a Michigan staffing agency of failing to pay 70 registered nurses overtime pay. The U.S. Department of Labor filed a complaint in federal court Friday, Sept. 22 alleging Reliance Staffing LLC and its owner, Fahim Uddin, misclassified workers as independent contractors when they were employees."
