Pennsylvania House Passes Maternal Home Visiting Act to Support Young Families

The Pennsylvania House of Representatives has passed legislation designed to support maternal and child health across the state. Authored by State Rep. Darisha Parker, the Maternal Home Visiting Act (H.B. 1425) received strong bipartisan support, passing 144-57 on Monday.
