New Legislation Aims to Bolster Public Sector Unions in Pennsylvania

This week, Senator Vincent Hughes announced plans to introduce new legislation aimed at strengthening public sector unions in Pennsylvania. The proposed law, known as the Public Employer Disclosure Act (PEDA), seeks to ensure that unions have better access to public employee information and the opportunity to communicate with workers.
