Gov. Josh Shapiro announces plan to make Pennsylvania more competitive in attracting businesses

Gov. Josh Shapiro announced a plan he says will grow and reignite Pennsylvania's economy.

During a visit Tuesday to PennAir in York, Shapiro took the next step in creating the commonwealth's first comprehensive economic development strategy in nearly two decades.
