The bipartisan CHIPS and Science Act is an unprecedented opportunity to jump-start America’s semiconductor manufacturing capacity to drive future economic growth.

On Oct. 27, the Biden-Harris administration’s CHIPS team visited my hometown of Cleveland to convene state and local government officials, workforce groups, labor unions and educators to ensure Ohio plays a leading role in this future.
