Boating accessories manufacturer plans $32.7M expansion in West Michigan, 80 new jobs

A company that makes ventilation, lighting, seating and more for the boating industry, says it plans to add up to 80 jobs and invest $32.7 million in its Lowell facility.

Attwood Corporation, which has 281 employees in Michigan, plans to renovate its factory at 1016 North Monroe St. to expand its engineering and research and design capabilities, according to the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC).
