Biden budget would restore expanded child tax credit

Around 2.5 million parents and almost 2 million kids in Pennsylvania would benefit under President Joe Biden’s proposal to restore an expanded child tax credit.

The tax break would average $2,670, according to the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy, a progressive research group.
