Biden aides talk trade, labor with Pennsylvania steelworkers at Cleveland-Cliffs plant

President Joe Biden’s trade and labor chiefs traveled to the election battleground state of Pennsylvania on Friday to tout the administration’s use of tariffs and industrial policy as a way to protect steelworkers from unfair competition.
