Former Vice President Joe Biden spoke to UAW members in Warren on Wednesday afternoon, making his first in-person visit to Michigan as the Democratic presidential nominee.
Biden discussed a jobs plan his campaign outlined earlier Wednesday in which he calls for hiking tax penalties on companies that move jobs out of the country and providing tax benefits for those that reopen closed plants to employ more U.S. workers.

He also discussed bombshell revelations from veteran journalist Bob Woodward in which President Donald Trump, in recorded interviews, acknowledged how deadly coronavirus could be as early as February of this year while publicly downplaying the risk.
